The Basic is ideal for vehicles that are regularly maintained or looking to start a membership plan — it covers the essentials to keep things fresh. The Full Detail is a complete top-to-bottom service, tackling built-up grime, stains, and dull paint that a basic wash can't fix. It's the difference between maintaining your car and transforming it.

We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and all major credit/debit cards. Payment is collected after the service is complete and you're satisfied.
We'll reach out to reschedule at no charge. We only detail in conditions where we can do our best work. Light drizzle for interior-only services is usually fine.
Nope! We detail all kinds of vehicles — cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, RVs, ATVs, and yes, even 18-wheelers. If it needs a detail, we can make it happen. Just text us at 832-995-8304 and we'll give you a custom quote.
Each membership plan requires a minimum number of visits before you can cancel — Weekly requires 4 visits, Bi-Weekly requires 3 visits, and Monthly requires 2 visits. This is about 1–2 months depending on your plan. After that you're free to cancel or pause anytime with 48 hours notice. If you cancel before completing your minimum visits, the difference between your membership rate and our standard one-time pricing will be charged for each visit already completed.
Yes! Once you've completed your minimum visits you can switch your frequency — for example from Weekly to Bi-Weekly or from Bi-Weekly to Monthly. Just text us at 832-995-8304 and we'll update your plan before your next scheduled visit. Your new rate will reflect your updated frequency.

The Gloss On The Go Maintenance Membership is a recurring mobile detailing service. By signing up you agree to scheduled visits at the frequency you selected (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, or Monthly) at the rate confirmed during signup.
2. Payment
You are never charged upfront. Payment is due only after each completed visit and you are satisfied with the service. We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and all major credit/debit cards.
3. Member Perks
As an active member you receive 10% off all add-on services at every visit. This discount applies for the full duration of your active membership.
4. Pricing & Vehicle Condition
Your membership rate is locked in as long as your vehicle's condition stays consistent between visits. Gloss On The Go reserves the right to apply a condition adjustment fee if a vehicle requires significantly more time or effort than a well-maintained vehicle — such as excessive buildup, heavy staining, pet hair, or damage. We will always notify you and receive your approval before charging any amount beyond your membership rate. Existing members will be given 30 days notice of any standard rate changes.
5. Weather Policy
Gloss On The Go reserves the right to reschedule any appointment due to unsafe weather conditions at no charge to the client. We will always contact you in advance to arrange a new time.
6. Minimum Commitment & Early Cancellation
All membership plans have a minimum visit requirement before cancellation is permitted:

Example: If you signed up for Weekly at $59/visit and cancel after 2 visits, those 2 visits revert to the standard $99 rate — you would owe the $40 difference per visit ($80 total).
7. Cancellation & Pausing
You may cancel or pause your membership at any time after completing your minimum visits.
We require at least 48 hours notice before your next scheduled visit.

8. Missed Appointments & No-Shows
If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
If we arrive and cannot access your vehicle without prior notice, the visit may be counted as completed.
Repeated no-shows may result in membership termination.
9. Service Area
Membership services are available within our coverage area including Houston, Katy, Sugar Land, Cypress, Spring, Pearland, and surrounding areas. Service outside this area is not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
10. Photo & Before/After Policy
We may take before and after photos of your vehicle for quality assurance and marketing purposes. Let us know at booking if you'd prefer we don't share your vehicle on social media.
11. Right to Terminate
Gloss On The Go reserves the right to cancel a membership at any time if a client is abusive, repeatedly no-shows, or violates these terms. In such cases a prorated refund for unused visits will be issued if applicable.
